Doctor Who: The Stone Rose by Jacqueline Rayner 256 pages

If you like Doctor Who and are a David Tennant fan, this book is perfect for you. The Stone Rose is read by the brilliant David Tennant and his many voices that make you believe that you are hearing Jackie Taylor or Mickey Smith. He has a way of creating different voices wonderfully, so that I never get confused by who is talking and a funny way of letting me know that an alien is talking.

While visiting Jackie, The Doctor and Rose come across a statue dating back to Ancient Rome. The odd thing about the statue is that it looks exactly like Rose, and thus begins the adventure.

Doctor Who: Pest Control by Peter Anghelides 264 pages

The Doctor and Donna land in the middle of a war between humans and Centaurs. As the TARDIS is being taken away in a supply delivery truck, The Doctor chases after it while leaving Donna with the humans, who believe she is a captain in the army.

As The Doctor becomes a prisoner of the Centaurs, Donna is found out to be an imposter. However, she redeems herself by deciding to go to the front line of the war. While separated, both Donna and The Doctor encounter humans and Centaurs who transform into insects.

Both The Doctor and Donna must fight to stay alive, as well as to save the remaining humans and Centaurs.

This is read by David Tennant, the 10th Doctor.
