Bang by Lisa McMann 241 pages


This is the second book in the Visions trilogy. In Crash, Jules has visions of a snowplow truck running into a rival pizza shop killing 7 people. Jules is able to prevent to snowplow from hitting to shop and saving the life of her crush.

In Bang, Jules loses her visions but Sawyer, her new boyfriend and one of the people she saved, now has visions. Sawyer’s visions contain the sound of 11 gun shots and shows two gun men in a classroom. Jules, Sawyer, and Jules’s brother Trey try to decipher Sawyer’s vision to figure out where and when the attack was going to happen.

On top of figuring out the vision, Jules has to deal with her father who is possibly bi-polar and forbids Jules to see Sawyer. As well as her sister Rowan secretly wanting to travel to New York over spring break to visit her boyfriend.

As Sawyer’s visions get worse and the impending shooting nears, the three teens must prevent the vision from happening to save the lives of 11 students.
