I Hunt Killers by Barry Lyga 368 pages

Jazz is trying to be a normal kid, attending high school and staring in the school production of the Crucible. However, Jazz isn’t a normal kid, he is the son of the famous serial killer, Billy Dent.

As girls are dying in the small town of Lobo’s Nob, similar to those of Billy’s first kills. Jazz recruits his best friend, Howie and his girlfriend Connie, to help him prove that he is nothing like his father.

Jazz uses his ability to think as a serial killer, having been groomed his whole life to be the best one ever, to try to predict the next victim in a long line of victims. Jazz must struggle through what his inner serial killer is thinking, which sounds a lot like Dear Old Dad, and what he knows is right.

Though, a bit gruesome at times, this mystery thriller will keep you guessing until the end.
